Processing and delivery

We normally process orders within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6 to 15 days, depending on the destination. These are estimates and may vary because of customs, carriers, or high demand. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We email tracking information when your order is dispatched. Carrier tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear.

Delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will let you know and offer the choice to accept a new date or cancel the order and receive the applicable refund. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, email munincmarkets@gmail.com with your order number.

International shipping

We ship only to destinations available at checkout. Taxes, duties, and import charges may vary by country and by what is collected at checkout. Review the charges before purchasing; customs authorities or carriers may charge additional amounts if they were not collected in advance.

Shipping address

Check your address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but we may not be able to change an order already in transit.
