Refund policy

Returns

MUNERYX accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email munincmarkets@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send the item before you receive instructions and the return address.

The product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Keep your proof of purchase. We will explain the next steps and any return costs before you ship the item.

Damage and order errors

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can offer a solution.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email munincmarkets@gmail.com.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any cancellation, return, or warranty rights that apply under the laws of the delivery destination.
